    In Cibi Everyday Gourmet Cooking Classes you’ll learn basic techniques for preparing elegant meals that are also healthful, tasty and easy to prepare. You will learn about choosing, using and storing ingredients, as well as the history and nutritional values of the dishes.

    Payment guarantee of a check, charge card number with expiration date, or gift certificate is required to confirm your reservation. Make checks, payable to Cibi deliziosi, LLC. For credit card orders, by mail or phone, please include the following information: Name on Card, Card number and Expiration Date. Please do not send cash in the mail.

    Cancellation Policy

    Fees for cancellations made up to 3 days before the class can be applied to future classes. "No shows" will be charged. Cancellation policy also applies to gift certificates.

    We reserve the right to cancel classes due to lack of registration or severe weather conditions or other emergencies. Fees for classes cancelled by Cibi will be refunded or can be applied to future classes.

    Ticket Prices
    Include complimentary appetizers and samplings, except where noted otherwise

    Ticket prices appear with each class. Class marked ** are eligible for discounts…Sign up for three or more classes in this session or purchase three or more tickets to one class and receive $5 off each class.

    Wines and beer are available for purchase by the glass or bottle. Guests are welcome to bring their favorite wines for a $10/bottle corkage fee. Some, not all, classes include beer or wine tastings, as stated in the specific class description.

    Everyday Gourmet Cooking Classes
    The winter line-up features menu & cooking by Chef Rosita or guest chefs, who bring us their personal touches. Classes marked * are hands-on optional which means that guests are invited to participate in the cooking if they choose to.     Thu, Feb 9, 2012, 6:00 - 8:30 pm - Wild Soups & Stews - A gourmet’s twist on the soups & stews class. We’ll pair once humble game meats and wine for a cozy dinner party, reminiscent of a winter weekend in the country. Menu: Duck Soup with roasted vegetables over brown & wild rice, Wild Boar Stew served over toasted garlic bread. Wine pairing included. Demonstration cooking. $50

  • Click here for the Mardi Gras Party Menu & Flyer...Mardi Gras Party with guest Chef Michael Macri, CEC, Exec. Chef, Cobblestone Creek Country Club. Celebrate Fat Tuesday like they do in New Orleans, with Cajun & Creole foods & drink, beer, that is. Chef Macri will prepare his personally designed Mardi Gras menu. Beer pairing included. Demonstration cooking. $60

    Wed, Mar 7, 2012, 6:00 - 8:30pm - Antipasto, Il Primo e Il Secondo - Every special Italian meal starts with an antipasto, followed by Il primo, a first course of pasta or risotto and Il second, the second course of specially prepared meat or fish. Chef Rosita will demonstrate the artful assembly of the antipasto, the tricks behind perfect porcini mushroom risotto and an old family recipe for stuffed pork. Wine Pairing included. Hands-on optional*. $50.

    Thu, Mar 22, 2012, 6:00 - 8:30pm - A taste of spring - As we tire of the long cold grey days of winter, we begin to crave the freshness of spring dishes. Chef Rosita’s early spring meal includes lasagna with homemade spinach pasta and Zuppa Inglese, the Italian custard-based dessert that inspired Tira-mi-su. Wine Pairing included. Hands-on optional*. $45.
